It's coming and going...right now it's new and it was old just before I refreshed my page. Double entries for 'Quote', 'Post Reply', and 'New Topic'.

Yeah, that was fun times. I'm leaving it like this. 
I really liked the less cluttered look, however,
(1) banners were broken
(2) no one likes change

This looks really sharp and clean. Not sure what is different but I like it.
