I know it doesn't seem like it at the time, but try to look at the good side. I'd love to have a week like that!
for me:
Sunday the 27: Hit the wall at Pocono going 180 mph in a race that I was doing as a hobby
Monday the 28 through the whole next month: In a coma
It may seem like the gods are out to get you, but everything's relative. I lost my gig, lost my job, lost my car, lost my memory, and I still have trouble standing upright. Now that's a week that SUCKS!
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
This week, I did a dog evaluation for the local Golden Retriever rescue group.
Fellow broke his back and is rendered paraplegic, wife divorced him, had to sell his house and move into an apartment. Apartment doesn't take dogs, so he calls the rescue group to give his dog of 6 years up for adoption. Guy dies 2 days later, just before I show up.
On the other hand, the dog's very nice and will make someone a great pet.
Makes a dislocated shoulder and busted wipers look like small potatoes, huh?
