Pochta.ru is an e-mail site (pochta is the Russian word for mail) which offers 20 Mb for a webpage. When you approach 20 megs, you will get an e-mail from the webmaster that will invite you to expand your storage to 40 megs. All you have to do is click on the "yes" button and pay nothing. You don't need to speak Russian to use it--there is a button that says "English" in the upper right corner.
