Airplanes still allow laptops/ipods?
I've heard a rumor that airlines are banning electronic devices such as laptops and/or ipods. Is this true or just rumor?

Yep, I also flew last week and was allowed to bring my laptop/ipods and use them, after takeoff and before the final descent of course, but you can use them the rest of the flight.

If you have the Wi-Fi chip, you're set up for Vietnam. Every fast food place in Vietnam has FREE Wi-Fi. When the (so called) high speed Internet connection isn't working at the public high school where I teach, we can use the Wi-Fi connection of the Victory Hotel, located across the street! Almost every bar has a Wi-Fi connection, too. And you don't have to go inside to use it!
