Why are they holdiong the CBDNA convention in Columbus, GA?
It's not the end of the world but you can stand on a PBR can and see it from there. Wish I could help you but it's been 15 years since I traveled regularly down there. I always stayed out by the airport. Downtown is not bad but they roll up the sidewalks at dark. Sure was glad when they assigned the territory to someone else. Maybe some of the military guys went through the post there recently and can help.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

There is a Marriott right across from the river center (I think that's what it is). there are a number of little dives and coffee shops right on that road that are all about the same, pretty decent. If you head down river street (I think that's the name of it, if the center is on your right and the parking garage is on your left, go straight) there is a BBQ place on your left about 4 or 5 blocks down that is supposed to be great (sorry, I'm veggie, but most of my meat eating friends think it's great. It's got a 50's diner feel to it. On the same side not as far down there is an Irish pub that's usually fun and the food is pretty good and I've heard the beer is good too.
have fun,
Bill
