"Metamorphosis" by the Monarch Tuba-Euph Quartet is a fantastic album. Great mix of styles and genres, and the medley at the end is spectacular. Don't know if it's considered a "must-have," but I enjoy the heck out of it.

Check the For Sale forums. Dave Zerkel is selling his recordings for $10. Tuba Helper is exactly what you're looking for.
