Can someone advise how to reduce a digital photograph's number of pixels?
I can't seem to find a photograph anywhere online to fit the avatar's limit of 80 x 80 pixels.

I'm using a program (freeware!) called Easy Thumbnails, available here:

You can do it with even a simple program like Microsoft Paint. Just click on 'attributes' and note the size of the image. Decide what percentage will give you the pixels you want and use the 'resize' function to enter the percentage of change.
