And I have had three teachers that I have had throughout my high school career that I really attribute most of my success to. I want to give them all something to let them know how much I appreciate all that they have done for me these past several years.
I want the gifts to be related to their field, but I really don't want to give them T-Shirts or Mugs or Posters. One's a math teacher (Calculus), another was my physics and chemistry teacher (though likes physics more, and has degrees in electrical engineering) and the last one is an upper level biology teacher (though his degree is in Biochemistry and enjoys chemistry a lot more).
I am not working with a lot of money, but I want to get all of the presents for under $50 if possible. Any suggestions?
So, I am nearing the end of my senior year...

Personally, I think a nice card with a personal letter attached would fill the bill, nicely. In the letter, I would expression my gratitude for their contribution to my life, and would explain how I feel about that. If I were one of those teachers, I would appreciate this more than receiving some kind of gift, no matter how thoughtful it might be.

Little gifts are nice. The card/note is a fantastic idea. We can look at them sometime in the future and remember you and what kind of person you were.
It's always nice to be remembered.

A handwritten note is best. Also, go back to your school sometime next spring, after a year in college, and tell them what you've been up to and how you're doing.
My parents ran into my 4th grade music teacher a few years ago, and told him all about how I was still very actively playing the tuba. Surprisingly, he remembered me, and was really happy to know that he'd made a positive impression on me! (I remember listening to a record of Tubby the Tuba and having to write a paper about it.

I agree the card/note posts are pretty much right on.
If you do want to get them a "gift" then something semi-related but unique might work. Your calculus teacher might appreciate getting a slide rule, if of the right age. The chemistry teacher might like a flower in a beaker. Other ideas could be appropriate books. A used (hardcover if possible) copy of Euclid's Elements, Newton's Optiks, *insert equal stature chem book here* along with that handwritten note would be nicely effective.
