Sort of reminds me of the EMHO log that some guys who were in the Navy might remember.

Finally, some research I can really get behind.

This will no doubt change the air here on Tubenet.

When the other instrumental forums get wind of this, the results could be explosive.

Since we are downwind of any tabulation, let's hope that this doesn't result in any unnecessary bilabial friction.

Let's hope there will be no skid marks found ahead of the true reality of this phenomenon.

Of course two of the contributing factors (besides tuba blowing) are diet and age. The term "old farts" was not picked out of thin air, you know.
(perhaps another kind of air altogether)

Would that be a natural log or a common log?

Might be "dairy air" (and you don't even have to be from London) ...

Yup -- we're breaking new wind here! (or, as Anne Robinson might put it, "we ARE ... the Methane Link!")

I propose a variation for the purpose of adding "projection and force" into the equasion.

For this you need a basic wheeled office type chair (or you could use a straight back chair on a wheeled platform), and a sail.

Mark the starting location of the chair and at the conclusion of a day calculate total distance traveled.

or ... the very windy people amung us could hook up a small propeller device to a motor and work on powering some small electrical device.
