No idea here. You can find lots of saxophone pictures at saxpics.com, though it's fairly tedious to browse through them, they often won't include the details you need, and this make probably isn't in there anyway! There have been a lot of obscure saxophone makes over the years.

I don't know what it is, but there's an unusual ridged key or tab under the `left hand pinkie cluster'. (As you probably know, since the photo kind of features it.) If there's a name for that gimmick, that might help with searches.
