What strikes me about the DCI videos is that the sound is harsh, clipped, and largely "white noise". First, the Japanese marching video was shot in an indoor venue, naturally creating more reverb and "presence". Carrying this exercise in sillyness one step further: why couldn't they be using individual wireless mic-packs like singers use?bloke wrote:microphones are where? Its clearly obvious that is a badly synched video and the audio was recorded and engineered in a studio, performed by one of the service bands. Not to offend anyone, but to believe otherwise is just like saying you believe in santa AND the tooth fairy.
