Could be a bear, but the only time I ever heard them make a noise like you describe is when they are fighting each other. You probably don't have a bear but then again you may have two.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.

Not at all inconceiveable. He took good care of Scout, didn't he? Bloke could do worse.

Have you checked to see if there are any serpent, didgeridoo, ophicliede, or baritone saxophone players hangin' around out there! You could probably lure them out with a pizza! :tuba:

git one of Dan's monster sousies and place your ear on the mothpiece as you slowly
walk toward the sound. When you get real close...dump the sousie over it and sit on it. Then bend over and sniff at the mouthpiece to see iffen its a polecat... :!:

SQUIRRELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you get a squirrel hive-mother, they can be a full three or four metres in length, and agile enough to rip out a bear's throat. Be wary--this may be the source of your noises, and if it is, then a new squirrel hive will not be long in following.

Start stocking up on soy sauce NOW.
