Thanks to Schlepporello

Post by Ken Herrick »

I think Schleppy (or somebody) deserves a Thank You for some VERY prompt service.

A couple days ago I thought I better update my email address since I was doing some shopping. Soooooo, in we go, make the change and BANG - account inactive, it would have to be reactivated by management. Oh NO - I couldn't pm or email or post. I had read some time back that reactivation could take a LONG time. Did it? NOPE.

By the time I got back on in lurker mode, two quick emails came through: the first said I'd been deactivated and straight away a second came saying my account had been RE-activated. Total elapsed time - under 5 minutes.

Can't complain about that for service.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, and Well Done.

Ken,

I had the same thing happen to me, except my old account was lost, I can no longer edit the posts by "ben" my new handle "Ben" does not have access to any of the old PM's or images I posted long ago. I was just unlucky I suppose, but Schlepporello did activate my account new account quickly.
