I'll be in Dallas the next few days working at LightsAllNight... (oh boy to techno music!)
Anyway, what is the "must eat" list here? I'll have about 3 meals on my own.
Must eats in DFW?

In all of DFW?
If you don't mind going to Fort Worth and it's not too late:
H2 Gourmet Burgers (downtown)
Fred's Burgers (So7)
Reata (downtown)
Joe T. Garcia's (Stockyards, on the patio, with a margarita, at lunch so that you can order off the lunch menu)
Zeke's Fish & Chips (Camp Bowie)
H3 Ranch (Stockyards)
Lonesome Dove (Stockyards)

Re: Must eats in DFW?
My driver was a very large black man, so he took control of my Dallas eats.
Ended up going to
Burguesa Burgers (AWESOME)
Danal's Mexican in Irving (AWESOME)
Baker's Pork Ribs (Also, awesome, because it was real BBQ, none of that grilled brisket you boys call BBQ)
We KILLED some food at those places.

I'm trollin' and also poking fun at last year's BBQ thread.
