Nope, I live in Las Vegas, in the middle of a big frickin' desert. I have heard tell about some aliens of the space variety, but no water, no need for Sea Cadets. Sorry I couldn't help. Maybe there is a Sea Cadet BBS you could check into.
Chuck"trying to find the possible connection between this and the tuba, but realized that this was the off topic portion, now to be called WAY off topic portion of this esteemed board." Jackson
Is anyone involved in Seacadets?

Geez . . . looks like it's one of those days . . .
This may be of help
The Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) is for American youth ages 13-17 who have a desire to learn about the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. Sea Cadets are authorized by the Secretary of the Navy to wear Navy uniforms appropriately marked with the Sea Cadet Corps insignia. The objectives of the Sea Cadet program are to introduce youth to naval life, to develop in them a sense of pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance, and to maintain an environment free of drugs and gangs.
Go to www.seacadets.org for more information and a unit locator. With all the USN and USCG units in Floriday, there should be a unit close by. The U.S. Navy League is the prime spnsor of the NSCC.
