okay, heres the lowdown. i currently have strep thraot, 2 days till my all state audition, should be better by then, but i really wanna get these last few crucial hours of practce in, any suggestions?

Spend 30 minutes with a metronome mentally running through the music. This is especially helpful on rhythmically challenging and sections which work the fingers. Requires no face or air to do.
