Audio Tape clean up

Post by opus37 »

I have a standard cassette tape made in the 1970's of a lecture by Karlis Kaufmanis (the Star of Bethlehem). This is likely the only copy of this famed lecture in existence. Anyway, it is of poor quality. I want to clean out the noise and enhance the voice of the lecturer. Any ideas of how to do that???

Audacity. It's a 'freebie' audio editing program that might work for you.

Get it here.... http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
