Effective August 13th, Monty Clark will have charge of the Conn-Selmer parts program. Here's what he posted on the Delphi Repair Forum:

"Greetings fellow repair technicians. As some of you may already know I have been hired as Andy Smith’s replacement as the Parts Manager at Conn-Selmer. I will be starting on August 13th of this year after 22 years of service in the Marine Corps, 10 of which has been in instrument repair. I have been authorized by my future boss to speak as a Conn-Selmer employee and ask my fellow techs about what you need from me when I get started. I have viewed past discussions in this forum about all of the great things Andy had started and he has sent me many of his plans. He has a great foundation for me to start from and I believe with your input great strides can happen in a relatively short amount of time. So please hit me with the good, bad and the ugly. If you would like to discuss things in a more private forum let me know and we can do so over the phone. I want to create an ever improving relationship between you, where the rubber meets the road, and Conn-Selmer.

I'd say contact the low brass marketing manager, but that position is currently open.
You could try to see if a local dealer could put you in touch with your area's CS District Manager.
You might also try contacting the plant directly 440-946-6100.
