Hate it when that's necessary because people don't practice their etudes enough to blow through any key signature without writing their dumba$ fingerings (which may not be mine) on a (maybe-even-rental) chart. Also hate it when some bozo writes (usually illegibly) the octave-down notes on a string bass part. Practice, practice, practice and don't deface.

Sorry for blowing up the thread, Joe, but you touched a nerve here.

I think I get the main point of the pasting. I think this is why we play in brass bands - To avoid :wink: like that.

On another topic, what's up with the measure #s? It looks like there's an extra measure in that pasting.
Starting with the previous line at 172, the following line (after the pasting) should start at 183, but it says 182.

Also, why is there a ~2" extra cover-up obscuring a crescendo on the BBs in measures 174-175?
