No idea. But I bought a great Deuche Grammophone LP recording of him performing it with Chicago on ebay. What a musical performance. And on a CC tuba no less.

I only know of one recording and that's the one with the CSO entitled The Chicago Principle.

He played it in 1966 on the York then again in 1978 on a Boosey F. The 1977 recording with Barenboim was on the Boosey F and is the two disk recording. Personally, I'd rather hear the 1978 recoding that was issued by the CSO ages ago and sold out (don't even try, the CSO does not have it anymore).

As far as the Mazur recording, LOL. It's been gone for years and the CSO player's committee would not allow it to be reissued on the Portrait CD. Give up, you will never find a copy of this!
