Again, someone sent me pictures in some bazaar computer program that my computer and my total lack of computer skills, can't open. All personal and corporate computers need a program called something like "Easy" that encourages people to only use the most popular programs and formats for the common everyday tasks. Don't say get a MAC because PC is what is used at work and I don't want to deal with two different systems. I don't even have a clue what the format was the last customer used and don't want to spend my time learning more about obscure computer crap. Some of us didn't grow up with computers and frankly my hatred of the computers started back in 1978 when the TRS-80 came on the market. To give you a clue, I check my emails at home about once every two or three MONTHS. JPEG works on every computer I have used. Why doesn't everyone send needed pictures in that format?
Yes, this is a rant but seriously "Easy" is a great idea for a computer program that will stop people from wasting other people's time.
