Why do you like tubas?
1. Because I have no life.

2. Who told you this?

3. I forgot what the question was - can you repeat it for me?

Did I mention I have no life?

I think most people on a tuba focused net would like tubas otherwise why are they here? Bloke, don't answer that.

I'm one of the few on here who likes tubas because I cannot sing in that range. So I get to have a deep voice when I play. Other than that, all the above.

I hate tubas. I visit this board for self-punishment.

That's being kind!!

I know my parents liked my choice because they didn't have to buy or rent an instrument. :tuba:

No joke-

I chose tuba because art class was dumb, and a semi professional bass trombone player said: "Join band and play tuba- no one wants to play it and you'll make a lot of money!" I didn't even know what a tuba was.

If I could go back, I'd pick something like classical guitar, cello, or organ. You can at least play complete tunes and accompany yourself on those instruments. . .

However, I guess tuba is good enough for now, and I'm too busy to learn a new instrument.
