I got a 42" Sharp brand TV at Best Buy a few years ago for under $300. Works great and looks very nice. TV programming is still ****, though. Height with stand is like 23".

Worst thing about Vizios is that not only do they track all your viewing habits 24/7 down to the second without your consent and sell that info to advertisers, they also collect and sell detailed personal information on owners such as age, sex, income, marital status, household size, education level, home ownership, home values, ip addresses, wired and wireless MAC addresses, WiFi signal strength, nearby WiFi access points.nworbekim wrote:we switched to vizio on the advice from friend that is a tv tech that does warranty repair work for tv companies. he likes the vizios best but says the worst thing about them is the tuners go
