I have used that term (or "stable") because I have heard it here so often; I find it to be amusing, especially since so many seem to use it as a term of pride, like owning a lot of horns is a personal accomplishment. I always use it in a self-deprecating manner, as the people I have noted using the term tend to fill their signature line with like a dozen horns. When I see that I always wonder whether they think anyone really reads that list other than others who do the same thing. It is pretty silly, if you ask me. I guess it is an ego thing. If I did that I would have like 40 horns in my sig! Who cares? Most of them are junk or do not get played. I only use three or four horns for work. If I posted that those same guys would PM me telling me their arsenal was bigger than my arsenal. HA!
