Didn’t this happen decades ago with Skylab??

Back when the globe was entering a new ice age??

Who can forget John Belushi modeling Skylab slamming into the Earth!? :D
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Some people WON'T forget Skylab coming down all over Western Australia!
Maybe this one will land on little rocket man in Peonyang as a present from the Chinese.

Of course if he thought donny trumpet sent it there might be an earth shaking kaboom.

Once a Sousaphone "collector" always a sousaphone collector. So, what's the going rate for scrap brass?

UPDATE on the DOWNDATE:

Space experts predict the Tiangong-1 space station, or "Heavenly Palace", will turn into a spectacular fireball as it enters Earth's atmosphere on Easter Monday.
According to the latest predictions, it will begin its fiery descent into Earth's atmosphere around 9:25 AM AEST or 9:53AM AEST April 2 — give or take seven hours.

That is 6:25 PM Eastern time Sunday in the US.

I wonder, if actual pieces do land on someone's private property, whom they will legally decide they belong to. I bet pieces of it would be worth a lot of money to the "owner," eventually. Is it technically a meteorite once it hits, is it still Chinese-owned, or does the Gubment get to grab it?
I'm not in the rather broad swath where pieces might come down in the US, and doubt I'd even be able to see it fireballing from here. Rats.

Crashed into the Pacific Ocean last weekend. Near Tahiti. No news is good news.
