I tried the silver King and think that it needs a valve job to be remotely playable, but the other one, used in serendipity plays OK. These King eefers are the ones with a very small opening, so will NOT work for the more corpulent among us.

Hmmm. An instrument that will fit me?Lew wrote: the other one, used in serendipity plays OK. These King eefers are the ones with a very small opening, so will NOT work for the more corpulent among us.
Mary Ann, who unfortunately cannot remotely imagine a situation in which she would play a sousaphone.

I've tried RealPlayer, QuickTime, and Windows Media Player. I'm only getting the audio portion of this download. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to download another plug-in?Grooving for Heaven wrote:Somebody was nice enough to offer to host the video for me, so here it is...

You probably need to download a codec. You can get such codecs at microsoft's website I believe.Steve Marcus wrote:I've tried RealPlayer, QuickTime, and Windows Media Player. Bobo on Carson
[/quote]Sure wish those tapes of Roger Bobo were available, too. I'd buy them in a heartbeat.

You won't have to wait much longer; I found the videotape (circa 1985) containing both Bobo performances. And you won't have to pay!
