At least a few soups got borscht beet.
I actually had it for my first time, if you don't count drinking the water from canned beets as a kid after my last parade. Admittedly they offered it "with the works" so i couldn't actually taste the soup itself for all the extra stuff they put in. But it was quite satisfying for my hot and sweaty parade affected appetite.
