Benedikt Eppelsheim Wind Instruments in Germany produces a rather amazing sounding instrument called a "Tubax". The Eb version sounds at the same pitch as an Eb contrabass sax, while the Bb flat version sounds a fourth below that! To my ear, it's not quite as beefy sounding as a contrabass sax, but has a little more oomph to it than a sarrusaphone.
