Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

The NEW Battlestar Galactica (I'm a hard core star trek guy, but this is the best sci fi ever put on TV), 24 (glad the enemies this season are more realistic than years past), I enjoyed the idea of Jericho this fall, but some of the actors got to me, and of course Desperate Housewives. There are some foxes on that show. Nip/Tuck is pretty fun too, cause like 24, it gets crazier with every episode.

Tivo is awesome! Cause if theres an ACC basketball game (or football in the fall) or a Braves game, all these shows take a back seat to the game.

There was a program shown in West Germany in the early 1970s in which two cities compete in some very awkward contests. In 1975 the ABC network (in the USA) came up with their own version of the show and called it "Almost Anything Goes." It was on for two years. (There is a website that says this show originated in England--Nope, it was originally West German.)

The original West German series is now seen twice a week here in Saigon. The contests are fun and the 1974 clothing styles are even funnier!

The show I'm watching the most right now is South Park. I never really watched it until about a month ago, so I've got about 10 seasons to catch up with. I'm also enjoying the Futurama re-runs on Adult Swim.

My grandson is hooked on Spongebob Squarepants. I hated it so bad at first but now admire Patrick, SB's starfish buddy. That guy is never any help.

I'm suprised Patrick doesn't play the clarinet.

Patrick could never be a clarinetist. He's a tuba player type if there ever was one-overweight, goofy, dumb as a bag of hammers- but great company.
Squidward Tentacles creeps me out because I can think of so many effete, girly-man reed players who act JUST LIKE HIM.
