I was with you on the Mexican food and margaritas, then you lost me when you whipped out the White Label.

I'm sure it's a fine whiskey, but I have too many regurgitory memories of whiskey consumption, looking at street signs to find my way home in an 8 street neighborhood (that I'd lived in all my life) that I'm a beer only man. Except after 8 or so beers, then a shot or two of some rotgut Smirnoff or Yukon Jack suddenly become feasible.

Come back to the nectar that is Paulaner, Spaten and Hacker-Skorr. They await you with open hops!

Happy ownership, and many happy returns!
(Because if you walk into the wrong house, the neighbors get upset... )

Just have your wife slip her hand into your bell tonight!

Congratulations Wade! Home ownership is an achievement that can take a lifetime for some.

And additional congratulations on spending that lifetime cultivating a fine taste in spirits. 8)

Mazel Tov, Wade! Now you won't be able to get out of a Home Depot for less than $100 a trip. It is an awfully cool feeling, though. :D

Welcome to the World of remodeling, fixing leaking roofs, cutting grass, and toilets that go beserk in the middle of the night! I've been in the same place since 1974. There ain't no place like home. Congratulations!

I have a picture of the house, including the former owner, which shows why it was available at such a reasonable cost...
