As an update, I finally replaced my 10 year old router. I think it topped out a 100 Mps. I got a new one that is at 2000 Mps. Boy does it make a difference in loading time and clarity of photos and streaming. Now the bottle neck in speed is my provider, who seems to upgrading the speed on a regular basis. I guess it is sometimes good to upgrade a bit.
