Some time ago I had clients up in Towson (N Baltimore) and I would make an effort to stop at the Bel Loc Diner for a nosh. Found out today it was demolished in 2017 and replaced by a Starbucks.

I know! That sucked so much when I heard that.

Great classic diner, good for a giant piece of pie any time of day. It was a favorite hangout of snowplow drivers during their breaks.

For you all not from Baltimore, Bel Loc referred to the street intersection where it was located .. corner of Bel Air Road and Loch Raven Boulevard.

Pistons - you've finally come into the light.

Now, if we can just get you to move down a whole step, you'll be card carrying member of the club... :tuba:

The hummingbirds in our back yard are getting increasingly aggressive. We spent nearly the entire afternoon watching them!!

Are they humming college fight songs?
Whistlingbirds are the worst!
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

I hope to G-d that weight never becomes a deciding factor for me in selecting a tuba.......

(Of course, I know age and decline is inevitable, but I hope to stave it off for as long as possible! :tuba: )

We saw Ringo and his All Star Band last night at Wolf Trap.

Great act(s)

Surprise of the night was the bass/guitar player from the Average White Band. Did a great Pick up the Pieces with a very capable sax player.
