Tanqueray with soda and fresh lime wedges

My ex-colleagues held a little layoff celebration for me last week, and left to my own devices in the liquor store, I'd go for a classic juniper berry gin like Cascade Mountain, but as an unemployed person I was happy to drink whatever was available, and our host had this Tanqueray Rangpur stuff in the freezer. It was quite nice.

I don't know. I always thought washer fluid was that unnatural shade of blue so it wouldn't be mistaken for something to drink. As the late Mr. Carlin said: "There is no such thing as blue food. Even blueberries aren't blue. They're purple."
