PA2V2 Headphone Amps on eBay

Anybody try these PA2V2 Headphone amps offered on eBay?

At about $70 they seem to be cheaper then the amps on Headroom. I am looking for something economical that will enhance my Sennheiser HD 280s from my iPod on my train commute each day.
