haha he uses the schools tuba....which the tuning slides don't move! He's a sax player by nature......just switched to tuba due to lack of players/forced by teacher.

Perhaps a slide puller would be a good gift (save the tuner for next year -- he should have all the slides freed-up by then).

A sax player by nature, hey. Get him a metal mouthpiece for his sax. Then he can irritate people at a far greater range.

I don't attend "Holiday" parties. If you don't care about the holiday enough to call it by name, I don't care to attend your party.

I'd be happy to go to most parties, if I knew what was being celibrated.

No everyone don't forget your "holiday candelabra" in the window next to the "holiday tree"

Sounds much too specific to meet some folks' criteria these days.

To be clear, I believe there's nothing wrong with celebrating Christmas.

Frohe Weihnachten und ein glückliches neues Jahr.

I would also say that to Muslims, Buddhists, Jews, Christians and atheists too, because they might just as well appreciate the name of the holiday to which they owe their days off.
And I also think it´s a good idea to be kind and wish them to be happy in the process.
On national holidays (Day of Reunified Germany, Oct. 3rd, for example, insert yours here, please) people get their days off, too, regardless of their nationalities, and nobody gives a damn if they may be insulted.

And yes, the opening sentence was meant as written.
