15 lb burger at Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield PA. Me and a couple of friends want to go up there and try it. I'm not sure if 2 200 lb guys can handle it, but we'll see.

Yes, no bacon please.

Lev 11:1 Now the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying to them, 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘These are the animals which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth: 3 Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud—that you may eat. 4 Nevertheless these you shall not eat among those that chew the cud or those that have cloven hooves: the camel, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; 5 the rock hyrax, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; 6 the hare, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; 7 and the swine, though it divides the hoof, having cloven hooves, yet does not chew the cud, is unclean to you. 8 Their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch. They are unclean to you.

Dude, I've been there before - and it's not the burger that gets you, it's the 20 slices of cheese, 3 tomatoes, etc. (or whatever the real numbers are). Just look at how many pickles are on top.

Go for the 3-pound burger. You still won't finish it, but at least you'll feel like you made a dent in it. Still though, worth the (humbling) trip...

"Do not call anything impure that God has made clean."
Acts 10:15 (NIV)

Bring on the bacon!

I am a lover of food and can eat quite a bit, but a 15 pound burger would kick my proverbial arse! That doesn't even compare to the 32 oz. steak I've eaten (there's no way I could get to the 100 oz. steak), and I eat one pound of pasta easily in one sitting. Still, that burger just looks wrong.

How about a 72 ounce steak FOR FREE!

That's 4-1/2 pounds or 2 kg, eaten in one hour with no help.

It's 50 bucks if you can't do it.

Would a culinary masterpiece of this calibre not be fried in lard? :)

Ah, but genetic engineering undoubtedly will cure that. Just add an extra stomach and do some behavior modification and presto--kosher ham!

I thought all they might have to do is backwards-engineer the kosher hotdog... :)
