Terrell Owens in Dallas?

I beseech thee Jerry Jones, do not bring Terrell Owens to Dallas lest ye lose my respect for you and my support for the team.

Why do these low life shmucks get rewarded for bad behavior and no class? I am as right wing and conservative as one can get, but this is an example of capitalism gone mad. "Win at any cost, character be damned!" This is the lesson being taught to our youth today. No wonder I can't get my students to practice. There's no glory or no money in it.

True, and I am happy to see him go, but your students could learn worse lessons than to play hurt when it counts...

Right on, Kevin. As a life-long Cowboys fan (I was born in Dallas), I wouldn't want TO on my team no matter how huge my need for a quality WR was. Not too long ago this guy taunted the entire team and fans by celebrating a TD in the middle of the field on the star before Emmitt put a stop to it. Now that same guy is going to be brought in to help this franchise? Say it ain't so. Talent be damned, football is still a team sport.

Big difference:

Mike = druggie but team player

TO = bunghole who thinks that team begins and ends with TO

They'd be fools to think TO would act ANY different than he has for every other team. Keyshawn wasn't the greatest, but he FIT the Cowboys. They've gotten rid of too many good players this offseason. Ay, the pain of being a Cowboys fan...

I wonder if any team can control Owens. If that could be done, he would be quite an asset. . .

I'm afraid to admit it, but I enjoyed when he [TO] fell down so that Philadelphia could get that last interception! :P
