Solfege Joke (original)

When I was in high school we had an elite choir that had been founded by Mr. Baker, the first music teacher in that school. They were known as the "Bakers" and every year I desperately tried to get accepted. Every year they asked me to sing a scale in solfege and every year I started it flat and got rejected. :x
The moral of this story is that I wanted to be a Baker but I couldn't raise the Do.

:P :P

Wow. That was so unbelievably corny I may just be inclined to use it some day. With due credit, of course.
