I think I've taken away any hint value in my response.

This may come as a shock to you, but I don't always read your messages, heh, heh. And I rarely read the forum in the order posted.

Him might have gotten it a lot earlier if him had realized there was a contest and not just more stoopid postings. :?

Well, as a relative newcomer to Tubenet, I've read this whole thread and have absolutely no clue what the H___ is going on. And from the looks of things, I probably won't figure it out for a loooooooooooooooooong time.

the elephant wrote:I use pseudonyms nearly everywhere. TubeNet is one of the only ones where I openly use my real name. I do not use my "real" email address anywhere, including here. I get about 300 pieces of SPAM every day because I used to use my real information when joining a forum. (Do not do this unless you want to be married to strong spam filters, BTW.)
Throw-away email addresses are good for that. Whenever I place an online order, I invent a new email address for that occasion; I keep it around until the merchandise arrives and then delete the address. No spam problems there.
