Dear Brass Forum Board Members,
I have closed the board until further notice. Probably forever. I am debating even the future of the store -- as sales are abysmal.
Many of you are already regular contributors to Tubenet, Trumpet Master or the Trumpet Hearld. I can also recommend the Brass Forum UK
ttp://www.brass-forum.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl
Thanks to all,
Jim

This is indeed sad news. I've had some dealings with Jim (Doc Fox) and have always found him very helpful and knowledgeable. I do hope that this closure is not permanent and wish him all the best.
Thanks Jim.

Jim was a pleasure to do business with, by mail (valve oil), and in person at the NABBA Competition, where he helped me select and confirm my purchase of a G&W Alan Baer mpc. He had mentioned some health problems, but he was in the best of spirits. I hope that he's OK.
I'll also miss Jim's All Brass Band Radio if it disappears.
