TubeNet

Anybody from this company visit TubeNet? Have any of you guys ordered a case recently? I'm having nothing but trouble and I'm getting kind of worried. I've tried calling them, but their number is disconnected. They answer my emails pretty promptly, but they always tell me to fax my information, and when I try it tells me there is no answer. I'm going to email them again and see what they say, but does anyone have any other ideas?
