I just had the headliner replaced in my 1989 4x4 Suburban for $151.60. That is a BIG headliner. Image

The WHOLE interior on this car only cost $3,500. But you probably arent going for "Best Interior" at a car show any time soon.

Take it to a good upholstery shop. They do this stuff all the time and can do it quickly, cheaply and well. This is not an expensive job. A body shop probably would be a good place to ask for a recomendation of a good upholstery shop in your area.
