Walk for World Peace

Hey,
On October 29, I'm participating in a sponsored "Walk for World Peace" to raise money for the World Peace Cafe that my Buddhist Center is starting here in Atlanta. I'd like it very much if you would be one of my sponsors, whether you can only give $1 or you can give $100.
You might be asking what a cafe has to do with world peace. The answer is that when our own minds lack peace, our relationships, our families and workplaces, our communities, and our world will lack peace. Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible, because an unpeaceful mind can neither experience peace nor create it. No matter how many "peacekeeping forces" we send out into the world, as long as people remain unhappy in their hearts, conflicts will persist. The World Peace Cafe will provide a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for people of all walks of life to enjoy healthy vegetarian food and experience the spiritual principles of respect and kindness towards all people in action. Meanwhile, the proceeds of the cafe will support Rameshori Buddhist Center's programs, such as our meditation classes, as well as future programs, such as the creation of a retreat center in the countryside for all to enjoy. These programs are not exclusively for "Buddhists", but are for people of all religious and non-religious backgrounds to learn practical methods for developing their own peace of mind.
There are already World Peace Cafes operating in Vienna, Madrid, Paris, Hong Kong, and in several cities in England. However, the World Peace Cafe in Atlanta will be the first fully operational cafe of its kind in the United States. I hope you'll support this valuable, ground-breaking project -- we have already raised about $50,000 for this project and we now only need about $25,000 more to complete our fundraising.
Here is the link if you wish to donate or participate in the walk:

you can fill out the info and it will bring you to a page that has a paypal link on it.
Please Consider this amazing opportunity,
Thanks,
Bill Pritchard
