We have played Christmas music for schools and retirement homes for 6 years in a row. We always meet one time to rehearse before we start the big tour. Since we don't use music or record this material, we do it differently every year and that doesn't mean we do it any better.

You might try asking your orchestra's librarian for help. I've found vendors are more willing to sell single parts to librarians.

Sounds more like a piston vrs, roter thing, to me...
