I think Mike is teaching at Arizona State University.
Mike Crotty is out in Arizona, don't know if he's still with the ASU SOM but I hope for ASU's sake he is. Dude's got game.
Don't know what kind of group it is for which this particular chart is scored, but a big chunk of his book is published through Otter Music Distributors. I've bought a few of his big band charts from Otter, they're good people. I did a quick search, though, and couldn't find that title, so I'm not sure it's been published.
If there's another publisher of Crotty's charts, let us know. He's one hell of a writer.
