Here in Vietnam there are two hamburger chains:

Jollibee (Philippines)

Lotteria (South Korea)

Nope. No McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's.

We do have KFC and Pizza Inn.

Third World America? I don't consider that I live in that much of a Third World Country myself (Vietnam) and the street I live on is unpaved and there isn't enough room to park a car. Anyone who comes to visit in a car must park about three blocks away in the International School parking lot!

There is a pizza parlor that sells all kinds of food for delivery. They make the greatest hamburgers this side of Honolulu--very similar to my favorite, In-N-Out. Even the fries are the same (homemade, not frozen).
