Most of us are in that same boat. :(
Yeah...but most of us, by the end of the year, fall out and drown...

Around New Year's, which has never meant a whole lot to me—seems like an arbitrary cutoff, really—I always hear talk of "New Year's Resolutions." In my experience, they're things people pledge to do for a year; they usually make it a couple of weeks. I have been reluctant to declare resolutions in the past, mostly because I'm afraid to discover how much promises I make to myself actually mean to me. I think I'm going to continue that trend this year. :)

1) To get into graduate school at one of the prestigious schools I am looking at.

2) To continue to better myself as a human being.

3) To stop this roller coaster ride of weight.

1-lose weight

2-get more excercise (I've joined a fitness center-maybe I'll do better since I'm paying for it)

3-lower my golf score

4-practice my tuba more instead of watching TV after work
