My combination of three gigs over the weekend covered the $700.00 part.
The sobriety/safety checkpoint that I worked Friday night collected about $20,000 in owed and new fines for the city, as well as a day's salary for me.
BTW, I scored 19

I didn't play on New Years but...
I tried to take the survey from the link and I couldn't sit still long enough to answer all those questions!

Probably says something about my score too!

Nitpik Alert
This choice "less than $1000.01", as with all the ones before it, would be a correct choice for $1.00.

I hear ya, Doc. When we moved to VB five years ago, one of the deciding factors was that I would have "more playing opportunities" (bass and tuba) than I did in our previous locale, the beautiful Shenandoah Valley... I haven't had a NYE gig since! Not that I'm grumbling; although they typically pay 3 to 5 times regular scale, it's nice to actually be with my wife when the ball drops, instead of waving to her from the stage.
