Michael Brecker-RIP
Jazz Saxophonist, Michael Brecker, passed away today at the age of 57 due to complications of Leukemia. Many of us were introduced to his playing via the "Heavy Metal Bebop" album he cut with his brother, Randy. It was his work with Chick Corea on the "Three Quartets" album that really made an impact on me. He was the heir apparent of John Coltrane and had 10 or 11 Grammy's.
