One place some forum members use is acidplanet. Do a search, and you'll get a good number of threads with info.
Another, more flexible option, is to pay $5 per month for your own web site -- which is what I do.

Best site for that EVER. I've searched around for several places, and this is the best one I've had luck with. I also host pictures and other stuff off of there, since you get 25 GB.
